The Escola Europea de SSS organised the LIFE MOS Numina course between the 10th and 13th of March 2012. The course, which aimed to bring sustainable and comodal logistics closer to the students of Transport in Spain, was attended by 68 students from various Universities of Catalonia. It marked the 100th course of the Escola since it's founding in 2006.
The training included sessions on e-Maritime, EU Transport Policy and Cost Analysis of SSS Operations, among others. It took place on the Cruise Barcelona- a Ro-Pax vessel of Grimaldi Lines.
The LIFE (Logistics Intermodal Freight Enhancement) MOS courses aim to provide today's logistics and international trade university students and tomorrow's operators in training in intermodal logistics, short-distance maritime services and the motorways of the sea, and to bring them closer to the environment, the operations and the people involved in providing these services.
The next LIFE courses will take place between April and June 2012 and will be organised for European students - particularly for students from the Netherlands, Spain and France. For more information contact the Escola at: [email protected]
